Advertising: $350.00 per year
Auction Items are donated
any needed items (only when total items are getting low) must be approved by our Officers
Club Table Items are donated , any needed items (only when total items are getting low) $50.00 per year. must be approved by our Officers
Decorating: $200.00 per year
50/50 Drawing buy tickets when getting low
Flower Arrangements $75.00
Flyer distribution get flyers from printing committee, if the need to have to print by committee, a receipt needed to get reimbursed
Front Reception armbands when getting low and any printed items to be printed by the printing committee
Guest for Festival: $2,000.00 including transportation, rooms and meals
Hospitality Room armbands when getting low, food is donated
News Letter $700.00 per year
Photography If any item needed to run this committee item must be approved by Officers
Postage: open because we have to mail out what needs to be mailed to run our club. A receipt needed
Printing: $500.00 per year
Tee Shirts $700.00 per year
Trophies and Plaques: $300.00 per year
Vendor Tables

Vests: $50.00 per vest, per year
